Specialists in converting each beach in a safe place
At SVS we are sea professional lifeguards. Continuous training and conducting regular simulations make us be well prepared for emergencies that occur during the summer season.
The rescue bases that SVS deploys along the Spanish coast are formed by Able Seaman of the Merchant Marine for the government of the LR rescue boats. Infirmaries are served by staff DUE Graduates College Nursing / Degree in Nursing. The service is reinforced with lifeguards, which have shown their values to meet the operation and have successfully completed a test access.
SVS offers special collaboration programs through its specialized staff for access and movement within the beach to disabled or reduced movility people. And also to respect and care for the environment.
Our bases have all the right material for each type of response required
SVS infirmaries are equipped with all necessary material to respond to all kinds of emergency. From the most advanced defibrillation equipment for cases of extreme gravity to all the necessary attention with basic material to attend day-to-day incidents that generates a beach in summer. The vast majority are cases resolved in situ without having to refer patients to hospital.
Units equipped with the latest technology to ensure better coordination
Our boats are driven by professional crews that are in permanent contact with the Coordination Centre of Rescue and Maritime Safety Agency of the Spanish Goverment through a Marine Band and the Automatic Identification System (AIS). SVS collaborates and helps to strengthen safety on the sea.
Fully qualified and experienced professionals always at alert
Our coordination is in hands of professionals who have a dilated experience in the field of emergency by land, sea and air. All procedures are described in the company’s Operations Manual, and are reviewed and modified continuously by the Director of Operations through notices and newsletters which then reach all the bases where SVS is present. This ensures the quality of our services.
